I'm kinda pissed, cause I JUST uploaded something, and it's made to fit the old style >.>

 

I think you're kind of dead on, actually. It looks like it has google-video influence. All I can say is it actually increasing the quality of some vids.

And geez, does the screen have to be that wide? Seems a bit off now. :/ And like Ci□ said, it improves the quality for some, but not all. Sometimes, it makes it look a little worse.

 

Eh... another thing Google came up with.
First it was Chrome.
Then it was GoogleBrain.
Now it's merging with Youtube...
