A new day started on the grounds of Yōkai Highschool,​

A new year dawning for the youngsters still bummed from Summer Break being over. The students starting out in a new school, being explained that this is no ordinary school. It holds inside secrets no normal human can hold.
This school teaches, shelters, and feeds Demons, Mystical Creatures, and more from distant lands, moons, and even times. Some arn't even of this Millenia!
The students get along, and try not to cause trouble, but like anyother Highschool, they're like normal Teens, making mistcheif and studying for the next exam in a few days.
With a new year starting, new Graduates are starting a new life, the next in line having their turn, and the next genoration wating in line still. And since you are a student in Yōkai Highschool, please take a look below to see our new rules and regulations.​

The New Rules And Regulations Of Yōkai Highschool
A.K.A: Rules and OC Form. ^^​

1.) Read, Worship, and Read Again; the Standard Rules for the Role-Play section of KH-Vids.net.

2.) You must listen to my rules, as well as the ones placed before you on KH-Vids.net. Not only do you have to be nice to everyone. :] [Other then in Role-Play Sessions.]
3.) If you wish to kill some other Role-Player's Character, please ASK THEM FIRST, then come to me. You need BOTH of your 'A-Okays' before I say yes.
4.) You can only have up to 4 characters at once. Other then myself, and my other friend; RieRen. She is a helper in the thread, and we will both make sure to tell you of a new character.
5.) If you read thus far, please post 'Present!' in your post wishing to be in the Role-Play. I have to see if you actually read the rules, you know. :3
6.) You will post a Preview Post with your OC Form, and if you don't post up to my standards, you will be asked to try again. And if that doesn't work, then I'll ask you to leave.

He lived amongst the living, trying to become normal again, hearing of this School. He transfered imediately, not seeing Vampires amongst him.
Some girls like to call him the hottest of the school.

She teaches the subject of English and any other subject that needs to be taught. Most of the time it seems Miss Raven doesn't know what she is talking about.
Personality: Ditsy, snobby, rude, flirtatious, and easily angered.

Bio: Being a werewolf in a [supposed] human infested world, Lance wears a sacred jewel that allows him to stay in a human form as long as he wears it. He didnt have many things specifically happen during his life, but he always wanted to expose himself to the world. He thought that he lived in a world that would accept him and his kind. He hoped to be first and set the mark for werewolves to reveal themselves. He made that mistake when on a playground one day (age 7) he took off the jewel, because it was getting in his way, but his father quickly grabbed him from the area and he had to use a mind-erasing technique on all in the area at the time. Lance was scolded about the dangers, but it didn't matter to him. He still wanted to show the world. At the age of 13 he was forced into a community play by his mother, and made a new friend, Taber. When they were 15 and 12, Taber revealed his truth. It didnt bother Lance being the way that he is and they got even closer.
Personality: very playful, illusion of invulnerability, extroverted

Bio: After years of being taught in solitude by a young human who protected her for a while, Alice decided it might be time to start trying to live life on her own. She made this decision after arguing with the boy over it for a while and constantly feeling rendered and as if she were a burden. Alice knows what her kind normally does, and though it’s in her blood and in her instincts to do so, she keeps it at bay. Because of these feelings though, she is known to get a bit flirtatious. She’s never truly understood what love is supposed to feel like, and she’s never really had the desire.
Personality: Alice is sweet, though cunning and very competitive. She stands down when she’s afraid but she keeps an eye out.
Preview Post: Glancing back at the small home briefly, Alice pressed her lips together. She took another step forward and looked away. It wasn’t the time to reminisce about the good times. She was moving forward. Painfully, she tightned the cloak around her to press her wings down as she pushed forward, walking down the lonely sidewalk and towards her new school. She wondered what would happen now or how the other students would treat her. ​

His father is a wraith but his mother is a vampire, though Adron is more of a Wraith but he did gain some charm from his mother which compliments his Wraith abilities. He's only ever anti-social when he requires intense thought.
Personality: Very social, usually attempts to get involved in everything. Can be considered cute with his appearance and his hybrid attributes.

Extra Uniform Add-On: Mao often is wearing a large, red scarf that sometimes covers her mouth. Though she doesn't wear her beloved scarf during the summer and spring times of school.

Bio: Mao was once a demon that lurked the human streets, avoiding the humans as much as she could. Then she had learned about the Yōkai High school and decided it was best to stay and attend the school, instead wandering around with no purpose. Mao isn't completely sure what happened to her parents but it is sure that Mao has no existing family and where she received her last name and first name is still a mystery, even to Mao.

Personality: She is a very shy, timid girl even though her appearance makes her seem scary and antisocial but that's far from the truth. Mao also finds it extremely difficult to talk to males.

The morning of the end of summer break came to quickly. The teenager groaned as she raised her head from under the piles of covers, the clock read 8:10AM. This was a rather horrible way to start off the brand new year of school being late on the first day! The young girl jumped from out under her layers of blankets and quickly grabbed for her school uniform. Hopefully her first tardy will not make the teachers look down on her, since it was her first day after all.

Bio: She was a witch, with a family who loved her, but when her boyfriend died she didn't want to go on, that when a banshee targeted her. After being turned she couldn't help but to hunt down those in pain, but over time she learned self control, but still wants to learn more about the magical world and go to a school where she fits in, and thus she found Yōkai Highschool. She plans on returning to her family when she finishes school and when she has total control. (The only time when she loses it is when someone in a great amount of pain is super close.)
Personality: Is sometimes mistaken for a mute, since she won't talk unless she feels like it, and she gets clingly. Likes presents.
Other: The kind of Banshee termiology I'm going for is from Charmed, when they can track a person in pain with a low pitch sound that only animals can hear and when they find their target they can scream which will pop the blood vessels-killing them inside out-but if they use their scream on a magical being that being will turn into a banshee.​

Bio: Sam noticed his power when he was young, wanting to be someone else for their money. When he suddenly woke one day being the same guy he was dreaming to be, he suddenly took this power to his advantage, and taking this boy's life. He killed the original Sam Lee, and now is sent to this school.
Personality: Cool, Cocky, Jockish.
Other: He is friends with Jasper, but wants to soon enough steal his spotlight. He is also part of the Soccer Team in school.​

The clerk and everyone else in the shop ran out screaming while he started laughing. ​

Bio: Having a human mother, and a werewolf father, Taber never seemed to feel like he fit. Being only half a werewolf meant that he didn't necessarily endure the regular powers that all werewolves had. He didn't have to wear the jewel. The rule for transforming into a werewolf was when the moon was full. Even though that would happen anyway. But he wore the jewel just so taht no one would get the guess taht he may not actually be a werewolf. Being in-between, he didn't want to be shunned from both sides. He acted as if he were full, and found ways to avoid the truth when the times came. He befriended Lance at age 10, when they both happened to be in a community play together. When they became good friends, he decided to tell Lance his secret. Since then, two became even closer.
Personality: More firm, introverted
Other: His mother is Aja Killian (from Pendragon), who raised Taber throughout most of his life. His parents divorced when they realized that it was unsafe for their family to be, but his parents still love each other.​

Personality:She comes off as naive, dense, and rather immature at times, but can be very serious, friendly, and determined. She also has a tendency to rush into situations without thinking...

Let's start now! Thanks to Fayt. *o*

Jewels heard the door open to her room, her Mother making sure she was going to be awake in time. The alarm already went off twice, the snooze button becoming handy already this year.
"Are you going to get up, Jewels? You have to take your brother to school, y'know." She said, putting the light on before shutting the door. Jewels felt like she wanted to go back to sleep, and stay asleep until 10:00 AM like every morning this year, but she couldn't of course, since she has to go to school. She finally got up, hearing the pitter patter of her younger brother getting up and running through the house, his excitement getting the best of him.
"I'm not ready for this..." She said, grabbing her uniform from the rack in her closet.

Jasper already had the key in the keyhole to his room, the cool air already on in the halls for the extreme heat going on outside. He twisted the key, hearing the lock switch as he turned the door knob. Jasper opened the door, his room darker then normal, for it being 5 o'clock in the morning. Jasper turned on the light, which was dimmer then most rooms, since it was for his sensitivty to light.
"I'm ready to see my pupils." He told himself, trying to convince himself to see all the girls faces. He sighed silently to himself, hearing more teachers coming in as well.

Sam woke with a jolt, another dream coming to an end. He felt his body be something different then what he went to sleep with, see his hair a different color. He sighed to himself, his hair changing colors as he got up from bed, seeing himself in the mirror. He posed lightly, seeing his flaws and his con's, smiling at his 'pretty' face the girls love.
"Let's see them get this," He said to himself, walking towards his dresser, getting his uniform out, folded gently.

 

Finally, summer break is over. Mao thought as she stared at the rather large and unusual school. Even though most loved summer break, Mao hated it. During the long break, she had to live among the streets of the humans and try to hide her true self everyday ... but now she didn't have to worry as much anymore.

She was already early, she had been there before sunrise, waiting for the school gates to open. Mao stood there with a weak smile, holding her school bag in her hands and staring at the gate still waiting for school to officially start.

 

Alice stood at the schools gates, her head tilted forward and her arms at her sides. She took a deep breath, thinking quietly to herself before taking a step forward and through them. She jumped a bit, a student's shoulder brushing against her and she let out a yelp. The student perked an eyebrow and kept walking and she groaned. This day better get better... She thought to herself bitterly. She wasn't sure why she was so jumpy in the first place.

After another deep breath, Alice walked quietly into the school.

Bio: Being a werewolf in a [supposed] human infested world, Lance wears a sacred jewel that allows him to stay in a human form as long as he wears it. He didnt have many things specifically happen during his life, but he always wanted to expose himself to the world. He thought that he lived in a world that would accept him and his kind. He hoped to be first and set the mark for werewolves to reveal themselves. He made that mistake when on a playground one day (age 7) he took off the jewel, because it was getting in his way, but his father quickly grabbed him from the area and he had to use a mind-erasing technique on all in the area at the time. Lance was scolded about the dangers, but it didn't matter to him. He still wanted to show the world. At the age of 13 he was forced into a community play by his mother, and made a new friend, Taber. When they were 15 and 12, Taber revealed his truth. It didnt bother Lance being the way that he is and they got even closer.
Personality: very playful, illusion of invulnerability, extroverted

Appearence: Short Brown hair, usually worn in a (faux) mohawk, deep blue eyes, about 5' 8''. A fit build, meaning he's not thin, but does not necessarily have a muscular build. tanned skin

Bio: Having a human mother, and a werewolf father, Taber never seemed to feel like he fit. Being only half a werewolf meant that he didn't necessarily endure the regular powers that all werewolves had. He didn't have to wear the jewel. The rule for transforming into a werewolf was when the moon was full. Even though that would happen anyway. But he wore the jewel just so taht no one would get the guess taht he may not actually be a werewolf. Being in-between, he didn't want to be shunned from both sides. He acted as if he were full, and found ways to avoid the truth when the times came. He befriended Lance at age 10, when they both happened to be in a community play together. When they became good friends, he decided to tell Lance his secret. Since then, two became even closer.
Personality: More firm, introverted
Other: His mother is Aja Killian (from Pendragon), who raised Taber throughout most of his life. His parents divorced when they realized that it was unsafe for their family to be, but his parents still love each other.

Taber had been waiting for this day. He had more been dreading it than looking forward to it. Great. Another way for me to become an outsider. He looked at his watch: 7:26.
"Shoot! I was going to meet Lance!" Taber bolted through his house, trying to find all the things he needed for his stay at the dorm. He packed a suitcase with all of his favorite clothing (which wasn't much), and he grabbed other things such as a backpack, pillow, toiletries, books, drawing supplies, and his music. He packed it all quickly, but even though it was sloppy, he was able to close the suitcase with ease. He quickly said goodbye to his mother and he then bolted out the door and looked at his watch again: 7:39, "I'm late!" He arrived at the small coffee shop he was going to meet Lance at. Lance stood there with his back against the wall, with one suitcase. No pillow, nothing else.
"Hey there! Got some first-day-of-high-school jitters?"
"Come on! It's my first day! You weren't this at ease when you went."
"Actually, I kind of was. I never really cared for a school with this sort of isolation."
"YOu never really cared for school period."

The two went into the shop real quick and got themselves some refreshments. They headed for the high school campus.
"Be thankful I got you up this early. Registration kills."
"Thanks." said Taber sarcastically.
"Come on, be more grateful than that! At least I'm registering with you.. for themost part" the last part he muttered in a lower tone, and more hushed. Saying it just loud enough that he could hear, but jsut soft enough so he may not notice.
"What do you mean? I don't know what I'm doing!"
"It's alright. I'm pretty sure you know enough to get yourself through the first day. Don't be so nervous. You dont have much to worry about.. yet. Just don't get in the way of any of the seniors. Like me!"
He then put his arm around Taber's head and gave him a quick noogie (SP?). Both chuckled and they continued on their way.
I know I put the word Present in here when i edited it last I dont see it now. Is the lime color acceptable?

Bio:A female witch from an magical aristocratic family. They previously lived in a different world but by the age of 13 her family moved to the planet they're in now. Most of her memories were also blocked so she can't remember anything past two years ago...
Personality:She comes off as naive, dense, and rather immature at times, but can be very serious, friendly, and determined. She also has a tendency to rush into situations without thinking...

Mizore sighed to herself as she walked along the school hallways, looking for the front office. She had forgotten her schedule at home and needed to get a replacement for it. Nice job...everyone's already heading to class. Guess I'll need a pass. Hey, did that rhyme?!

 

OOC: You are all excepted.

BIC: Jewels shut the door to her bedroom, hearing her brother yell 'Good Morning!' from another room. She grumbled a greeting, heading downstairs. She reached the kitchen, grabbing the nearest food. It was a Poptart, as she opened the packet eagerly. Her mother was yelling to her brother, saying it was time to go. The boy yelled an 'Okay!' as he ran downstairs, Jewels grabbing her own bag. She said her goodbyes to her mother, her brother joining as well; as they went outside into the muggy air. The car waited for them, a small but simple car.
"You ready for your first day of school?" She asked her younger brother, who was about 6 or 7 years old. He nodded excitedly, getting in on the passenger side. Jewels sighed, as she got into the driver's seat, starting the car.

Sam ran out of his home, hearing the bus's horn once again. "Wait! Wait!" He yelled, the bus driver seeing him. He smiled in relief, as he ran onto the bus, getting a seat in the mid section of the bus. There were not many kids in the morning route, but there were enough to talk to. "Hey! How are you?" Sam puffed out at another student, who looked tired and hungry. "None of your business." He barked out of his teeth, turning the other way. Sam gulped from nervousness, scooting away from him. This is worse then I thought... He thought to himself.

Jasper thought it was time to meet some of the students a bit early, getting out of his cool classroom. He then walked through the halls, towards the sound of footsteps. He saw a few students pass by, girls' eyes glaring at his glamourous body. He smiled to himself, as he walked towards the main office, looking outside to see cars pull into the parking lot of the school.

 

Mao sighed as now the gates were opened, she clenched tightly to her schoolbag and stepped inside the school building.

Like always, the school was practically freezing and Mao was wishing that the skirt she had for her uniform was longer and that she had her scarf on, but she knew she would look quite ridiculous for having a scarf on during the summer. She carefully dodged the other students in the hallway, scared to death of bumping into to someone and causing trouble. She then quickly glanced at the clock that hanged up on the wall.

There is still plenty of time before homeroom starts ... I might as well hang out on the roof until the first bell rings. Mao thought as she made her way towards the stairs.

 

John woke up and looked up at the clock, school started in ten munites. "I have time" he said as he went downstairs and picked up and apple, ate it slowly enjoying the taste. He looked at the clock and noticed he had 5 munites. Lets roll he thought as he morphed into a dragon, and started flying to school.

 

Mizore stepped inside the office and glanced around to find some kind of adult to help her out. She noticed a female sitting behind a desk with a computer. She should be helpful. Mizore walked in front of the desk. "Excuse me, could I get another-"

"-Schedule. Because you left it at home? Sure."

"...I guess your used to this."

 

OOC: Oops. I was going to, but then I got wrapped up in the Preview Post. (hehe. Wrapped up {the present} lol)
Also I wasn't sure when school started. Apparently some people start at 8, others at 9, and whatnot. Personally, our high school starts at 7:45. Middle school started at 7:35.
And I'm assuming that most classes are the same?


Two walked through the gates: 7:50. There was the main building, which had a sign that read, "Welcome!"
"The registration is in that building obviously."
"I'm pretty sure I figured that out."
The two strolled along as Lance pointed out a few of the important buildings that Taber would eventually have to be in. There was a giant building that ooked to be two stories high. It was planted on a hill. Part of the building was exposed, and it had a balcony There were few students hanging out there. The two were too far away to tell what they were actually doing.
"That's the commons. You get to eat Breakfast and Supper there all the time. Sometimes the school will bring lunch into the main building. Depends on how we all behave." Lance snickered. Being 'bad' is always fun.
Lance pointed out other main buildings. The gym, the dorms, the lounge, and everything else Taber could want to know. The two went into registration. They quickly split up to opposite sides, for Seniors were on one end of the tables and Freshman were on the other. They both received room keys and meal cards. They were told that they could bring all of their stuff with them to their classes and when during a free period, register in the dorms, or go now quickly before classes began and risk being late. The two quickly decided that they wanted to wait. Well, Lance decided. Taber wasn't exactly sure what to do, being a freshman and all. They brought their things to their lockers. They eventually fit the large amount of items Taber brought. After they finished, they both went to homeroom.


OOC: Also on the rules, can the "Killing" a character just mean they get expelled somehow?
ANd how are living conditions? Everyone alone? Or everyone has random roommates?
Classes all together with grades or seperate.
Sorry for the questions.. Just don't want to jump ahead of myself and then have to edit later.

 

OOC: I have decided to have Homeroom, which is with my Character; Jasper. And all of you have the same Homeroom. And, the Students will be mixed up in grades, for example; my Jewels Character can be with any of your character's classes, even though she's a senior.
Anyway, and I'm taking Teacher openings as well. You can just make a OC Form of a teacher, and we can accept you.
