Yeah. Considering putting this up for SotW possibly maybe kinda.

 

Without a border is better imo.

I really like this. My only complaint is the text seems to stick out a bit but other than that it looks good man.

I like it without the border. The effects are really nice, and I'm just going to say you were trying to do something like shooting stars in the back, and if I'm right, you did very well; and if I'm wrong, you did well with it anyways XD

Having the light in front of Lightning and darker in the back is really nice too. It's like she's heading towards tomorrow and leaving the last day behind....or something like that

 

Pretty Good.

The one thing I'm going to comment on is the gradient overlay you have behind the main stock. It doesn't help blend the main render into the background. Maybe you could have set the opacity a bit lower or used motion blur. ​

 

I really like both versions, but the one without the border wins me over.
I love the lighting effects and all the colours too, they go pretty well with Lightning there.
Also, the flow is really nice. Good job on that.
The positioning of the text is also very nice.
