Wow......*spoiler i you havent beat kh2 yet!*

So since there is a slight spoiler I will put the spoiler part in white ok?

If you were to watch the KH1 Intro again and you got to about the part after Sora was rolling underwater, and then watch a little more, you would see Sora fall from teh sky with stars (or worlds) behind him. Could that have been coincidence that the same exact thing happened at the end of kh2 but Riku was there? Maybe Square was giving a little hint to it or something.

Now no "That's stupid" or any of that crap ok?​

 

I Saw that too! I thought it was just nothing at first.

 

Either that or they were trying to put in as many coincidences between the two CGI cutscenes as much as possible.

 

I really just think it's symmetry and parallels...you know, toshow everything is connected. A lot of scenes are connected and I just think it's meant to be more...hmm. I can't think of the word. Just symmetry. Everything is connected. *insert religious chant*

It was probably done on purpose. The kh1 intro seemed to foreshadow/mirror a few events, such as Riku holding out his hand in the waves and Riku holding out his hand in that dark portal he left the island from. Most likely they're trying to show how very connected everything is.
