Why do I feel like crying? I mean, I didn't do anything bad...I just feel like crying. And it's not because I just got done making myself happy.

cause deep down you know that no one will ever love you as much as you think and it is internally crushing you but you cant hold the emotions in any longer so you need to express yourself in a healthy way and crying is a natural reaction to inner crushing?

    i dunno...

It's a simple reason (I think): because for your personality, u hold all the things that "hurt" you, and in a moment u can't hold more and you have need to make to go out it. Each "make it go out" it in different ways, and in your case u release it crying. So just cry, it can make you feel better, or talk with some1 :noworries:
    Hope this helps
