You know. The thoughts that keep you standing & give you the power to fight. The thoughts that without them, you would be shambling.
My motives are my family, the thought that I'm gonna go to university next year and the thought that I'm gonna start serious soccer next year.

Probably my desire to prove all the naysayers wrong about me. If someone says I can't do something, I will prove them wrong.

Oh man that's bad :/ I always wanted to make some people proud in the field, but I never had the opportunity.

    I have a few motives.

    Self Respect:
It makes me motivated to care of myself and let everyone else know how I want to be treated through actions and expressions.

    Family,Friends,Peers etc.:
Motivate me by supporting me in my choices, actions and views.

    Confidence:
Motivate myself to be confident in who I am, no matter what other people think.

    Cause and Effect:
This might seem like a weird motive but...It's to know everything has a cause and effect. Like if I don't study for my science final tonight and I get a bad grade the effect might be my parents getting upset and other people being disappointed in me.

My family, both present and future.

I want to live up ABOVE my family's standards. I want to have a college education so I don't end up working in a factory like most of my family. I want to be able to support my mom when she gets too old to work...along with any other relatives that can't work.

I want to give my future kids everything I didn't have and more. That's why I'm going to a university and graduate school. So when I have children, they won't miss out because their parents don't have enough money

My motives would be all my friends, my loved ones, to find my true power hidden inside me, and to prove myself to others and myself.

My motivation is my family. And I don't mean in that supportive way, unfortunately. I mean seeing as how my family is broken apart, hurt and angry. Seeing all of the abuse and neglect...Seeing how broke we always are, unable to afford much or provide for the children...Seeing the murders, the people in jail...

It motivates me to be something better...And to create something better. A strong family, who supports one another equally. To fall in love with the right guy, not someone who will cheat, hit and run or abuse verbally, physically or mentally. To have a child when I'm ready. To go to college and find a job I'm good at and have the skills in to succeed and be able to provide for the ones I care about.

That's my motivation. A bigger, brighter future.

    Motives? Well... there's a couple.

First, there is my beautiful girlfriend, Emily. She's the reason I smile and do my hardest in school and stuff, because I need to make sure I can give her the best future possible.

Second, is self-righteousness. I don't like to just give up unless I know there is no possible way I will succeed. I'm a proud person, though my self esteem is practically nothing. I like to make sure I don't just back down for the sake of it.

Life hasn't really reached a point where I'd rather be dead than otherwise.

I'm not particularly ambitious, I have no grandiose dreams of radically changing the world or anything; I just like living.

My motivation is probably my friends. Most of the time they stand up for me, and I have a lot here that do the same, sometimes even more.
I'm a real slacker, so eh. School's just sort of a "have to do it" thing, so there's really no motivation there. >_>

Artwise it's usually music or whatever I'm watching/reading at the time.

I pretty much just go with the flow of things. Live every day to the fullest, crap like that.

I must say, that I want to be able to say I'm the best. I don't know why. I just always want to be the best. I'm the type who goes crazy over being second third or worse, but I get a little depressed over it. Sad to say it, but I have a crazy wish to take over the world and run it my way.
So, I guess my motive is being first. I want to be the best at learning the languages I'm learning, at making the art I make, at taking care of those I can.
Sorry I can't dish out my usual deep-ish shiz.

And Ruon, I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I hope things go well for you, and I'm sure your girlfriend is smiling upon you in dreams~

My motive is my purpose and the motivation to attain a better purpose.
To have a purpose is to be anything. My motive is to live my life and that is enough. I'm looking for a new more meaningful purpose.

    My motivations?

My boyfriend. Seriously. Without him, I'd probably have given up on some of my dreams.

Being better than everyone else. I don't mean to sound conceited or anything, but being the best at something drives me do do even better.

Most of the time, the motive is the fact I'm well prepared. If I have the experience and I know something for sure, it isn't a matter of challenge, really.

Other times my motive might be self-improvement, curiousity or desire.
