...and sort of a sadomasochist for what I'm about to do.

Right now I have the book Fifty Shades of Grey. Y'know...the book that set the record for fastest-selling paperback since Harry Potter. How did it do this? I don't know considering it started off as Twilight fanfiction but it's time to find out. Maybe I'll find something worthwhile in reading this book, maybe I'll have a good laugh or maybe I'll come to believe that the future of literature is doomed if this sold so well.

Wish me luck. Oh and recommend good books for me to read after this so I can recover from the shock.

Fifty Shades of Grey is a literary masterpiece. Its writing inspires. It is deep, complex, and innovative. This book has set a whole new benchmark for young, up and coming writers to aspire.

Good luck. I recomend Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. (The first book is The Colour of Magic but you don't have to read them in order. they don't hang off each other)

What better way to counteract then with Genghis Khan's origins?
