Hitna finally gonna ask her mom for photoshop or smt like that but mommy is in a bad mood so hitna wait for alittle but she probly will have to do smt special but anyway what one sould she get????

CS3, as its the most recent+ best one out there.

GIMP is free by the way, a lot of people use it too, as a matter of fact I use it.

You should get gimp first. Try it out and see if you like making graphics. Then if you want to, move up to photoshop.
