I heard it sucked reallllllly bad. But I'm not for sure.
I wasn't going to see it, and I was just told that they jumped around the book a lot, and the actors were terrible. What do you think?

    Thoughts?

I saw it last night, and it was good because i acually enjoyed it..insted of noticing the miniscule mistakes like some people..I thought it was good enough to see.

It's already out, it's been out since last friday.
But I heard my friend loved the books, and she's waiting for the last one, but she hated the movie.
I hope the new book coming out is going to be as good.

The best thing about the movie, imo, was the actors. The movie was okay, obviously not as good as the book. The mushy parts were way too cheesy. :P But other than that, it wasn't bad.

No matter how good the actors may be there's no way around lines like "you're like a drug to me, my own personal brand of heroin" (I paraphrase(or quote not sure which given the similarity level)). The movie was the comedy event of the season. Sparkly vampires ftl. (I'm pretty sure we're fairly accepting of odd skin conditions in modern society.) Anyways, you've got to be a moron or have low standards to rate this movie highly. I'd give it .75/10 for the seriousness and 9/10 for the lulz.

Either that, or someone might have a different opinion than yours. I wonder why you even saw it. The sparlyness was hilarious, though.

I actually liked it, and so did my friend that went with me on Wednesday to see it. The only thing I didn't like about it was the awkwardness between Bella and Edward in the movie. On the mushy parts and all that, Kristen and Rob looked and seemed uncomfortable to me.

The fact that it seemed rushed and jumped around a lot was kind of a downside to it too.

Other than those few things, I happened to like it. I was actually going to go see it again today, but changed my mind for tomorrow.

no offence to all you fangirls but robert patterson and his flat face and randome mexican and italian accents didnt fit edward at all, the rest of the movie severly disapointed me and i dont want to own it on dvd, i read the bokk and expected the movie to atleast be tolerable but through half the movie i was either thinking about leaving or laughing about the terrible acting, and to all you twilight fannatics did you notice stephanie meyers guest apperence? that is all

I like your style. I don't like him either, and I agree with the face. His nose is all like FLAT. ><
I like Jacob Black though. Even though you can tell that his hair is soooo fake. xD

Eh...twilight? My gf kept nagging me about reading the book, so I did. When we both went to see the movie, she had a disappointed look on her face the entire time while I laughed at how bad the movie was. I had a good time, but it wasn't such a good movie. Half of the time, Edward and Bella were just staring into each others eyes, and the dialogue was just...bleh. But of course, it's making TONS of money just like the rest of the movies in the series will.

The point is, some people will like it, while some people will hate it. But either way, it's gonna put cash in that vampire's wallet.

    Next Up: New Moon

    Alright *Cracks knuckles*

I've personally Read all of the books and I've watched the movie...

The movie is not as good as the book, but there were more surprises in the movie than in the book.

It disappointed me a little, where I've waited longer than most people for this movie to come out. I got the email someday in March that said the book was becoming a movie...

I was vaguely excited. I'd waited for 9 months for this movie, and when i went to see it, i was not disappointing at it "Sucking". The acting was actually good. They knew most of
their lines and such, and anyone who wants to disagree, can go jump off a cliff, because most of the people saying it sucks just says it because someone else does.

Alot of my friends didn't like it, but i said I loved it...

9 months paid off, and i was not disappointed in the actors, but in the screenplay.

    /spoiler

They took out conversations that were vital... They took parts out where Edward stayed with Bella MORE THAN ONCE <3

They only had one major kissing scene, and they've kissed more then 2 times in the book..

But yeah. It might be a little disappointing for the screenplay, but they were on a budget, so i can't really blame them..

    <3

Okay, 1. Work your Grammar & Spelling please :)

    2. When they picked Edward, Stephenie Meyer's was astonished they found someone who
    portrayed his exact features.
    Get your answers on FACTS

Stephenie Meyer stated that Robert was the exact edward she was looking for..

Bella's Lullaby was actually written by Robert; and he is now a 'composer'. ><

I actually liked it. I thought it was gonna suck horribly or pull a "Blood and Chocolate" and not be like the book at all. Everything was good except for the fact that Edward was not the hottest guy in the movie. He's supposed to be! That just makes Edward! Sorry Robert Pattison but you're just not sexy enough.

    I'm serious. (:
But when I read the book, I alwasy thought of it to be something along the lines of Dawn, from Pride and Prejudice. I love that movie. Lol.
It's piano, and reallly good. (:
