This has got to be my favorite scene yet.

Sora is definitely at his best in it.

 

I liked the boss, bu the f*cking fight! SO MUCH TIME WASTED WHEN ALL I NEEDED WAS THE OLYMPIA KEYBLADE!

 

Oh God how I love Metal Chocobo.

 

Indeed. It was exactly what I needed to beat this guy.

Wish we could use a Keyblade with that design in the game.

 

I remember when I fell off of the Hollow Bastion Tower as a heartless.

I was almost crying because I thought I'd have to climb all the way back up again :/

 

I did that three times and was dubbed "The Japanese Jumping Black Bean" because I couldn't stop jumping.


The only time I actually cried while playing was when I did a "nonstopplayingtillyoureyesbleed" run without saving once and I got to Chernabog and he beat the **** out of me. The last time I had saved was Wonderland (the beginning of the ****ing game).

 

You do know that you don't have to load your last saved game when you die, right?

How to build a gummi ship in KH1: Add more guns to the default design + bigger engines.

Congrats! You now have a perfect gummi ship to handle all fights.

 

Also upgrade the cockpit, add more armour, add more/better wings, upgrade guns, add more engines, add in some lasers, booster unit, and a transformation gummi just for good measure. just so you can get some precious invincibility while you're transforming.

 

So true. I wished I could replace all those nonessential structural blocks with guns. Then I did.

 

Seeing those screenshots makes me want to play KH1.....and I don't even like that game.

Hey, you know what's pretty awesome in KH1? The attention to detail. I just got to the Parasite Cage battle after skipping Monstro and doing all the other worlds up through Hollow Bastion Part 1. You know how Riku usually helps you in the first Parasite Cage fight? Well apparently, he can't help you when he's been possessed by Ansem, the Seeker of Darkness. Fun fact.

And the scene before the second Parasite Cage fight.

"What, you don't remember your best friend?"
"Liar, you're not Riku!"
