Sooo...comic-con is a few days away for me and i was thinking of going. But it'd be my first time. Does anyone know if it's any good, or what can I generally find there? Blah blah. Any advice would be welcome.
Thought is required in this? If you can go, you just go! Anyways, try looking up past Comic-cons to answer your questions. I've never been, but I really, really want to go.
check deadlines for booths and stuff and know the layout of the convention center and be there really early x - x but really go! i think it'd be a grand ol' time.
Oh they are so fun! I mean, they really showcase only Comic Books and Sci-Fi stuff, and very little anime, but you can find it! It's worth it, seeing the cosplayers (Some are really amazing, I remember the first one I went to I took pictures with a Naa'vi from Avatar as a Left 4 Dead character, so cool) But really, do it.
Do make sure you check the schedule and figure out what you wanna do. Dunno if you've been to a con before but it typically requires some planning, or else you just kinda run around then give up and spend all your time in the dealer's/gaming rooms. Oh, and if you can pre-reg, do it. Unless you like standing around in the heat.
Go, see the Iron Man 3 panel (which will undoubtedly be there), get RDJ's autograph, send it to me. Mission accomplished~
