So just about ten minutes ago, before I posted this thread, I was playing Kingdom Hearts II, and hanging out in The World That Never Was. I began thinking to myself, how much more cooler the world would have been if we would have had a little bit more access to the buildings in it.

I mean, I know it looks like a city and all, and I'm pretty sure they're no people, but what about other Nobodies who had a human form - I know there has to be more of them than the ones in Organization XIII. What if they were inside those buildings?

Basically, do you think it would have been cool to have a little bit more access to TWTNW?

I think it might have been nice as a little easter egg, but to enter all of those buildings....that would certainly take a lot of more work than what they already put into it

It would have certainly been quite lovely to visit at least more general parts of The World That Never Was than the streets we visited in our playing of the game - the general aesthetic appeared quite lovely and ripe for exploration. However, I would presume that the buildings themselves would be rather empty or decrepit due to the entire factor of being "Nobodies" - "empty vessels", so to speak. Hence the entire Art Deco glamour of this noir-inspired city housing very little within. But indeed, I suppose the lesser Nobodies would still require habitations of themselves.

I'm not saying it'd be a bad idea, but I, for one, like the buildings as a backgrounds/walls. It gives a mysterious aura around the world. Though, I would've liked to explore the skyscraper where Riku and Roxas fought.

    I'm agree with u...
that's the only area that I like in TWTNW.....

but if exploring all places..I'll say no.
I think we're pretty lucky not to explore all floors in the Nobody's Castle itself....as you can see the castle looks much higher and we only explore a few floors x___x

It would be very cool if we could have more access to TWTNW. It would give us more of a story line and other stuff to explore and all. They couldve gave us more access in there to hide materials that would go towards keyblades and give us potions...

It would be simply smashing! The thought of free reign in a place where people are all but scarce would be quite fun! It reminds me of Edge City in FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus, where you could run around in a select few buildings.

If they were to implement such a thing, i would suggest that there be mini games throughout the buildings. Doing certain things ensure another part of the puzzle to be solved. In the end, the prize could be some awesome keyblade!

    I would actually love that.
    Especially Memory's Skyscraper.
It always disappointed me that the Organization and Namine were the only seen Humanoid Nobodies.
I'd love to see more of them residing in the city.

True, but Nobodys physically resemble their will and power in their souls. So if there were a bunch of humanoid Nobodys, wouldn't Sora and the gang be in big trouble? (Course that still never answers our question as to why Demyx is a humaniod Nobody...)

TWTNW is a city in shadows...remember the truck near memory's skyscraper? It would be good if we could see more of the TWTNW (It's really difficult to stop typing TWEWY), but it is The World That Never Was, so the less the better.

If there were humanoid nobodies residing in Memory's Skyscraper...I wonder what they would look like?

Most likely humanoid. It wouldn't make sense if it was a town for Dusks, since Dusks seem inferior. Plus the Organization seems to be the only ones that can remember being Somebodys, so i fail to see why Dusks would need to live in a "city".

I dunno if TWTNW is the world I would want to explore. I mean, It would be awesome, but whenever I have this discussion with anyone, and yes, I've had this discussion many times, I've always said that if there was a world in Kingdom Hearts that I could explore, it would either be Twilight Town or Traverse Town. Sure, we can pretty much go anywhere we want to in those worlds, but they seem so, like, cozy. If I could choose a world to live in, it would be one of those two. Maybe it's because I already know the layout of the two, but I don't know. That's just the kind of place I want to spend my time in. Speaking of time, if you read this, I've probably just wasted a lot of yours.

    Yeah, it would be cool.

When I first saw The World That Never Was in Kingdom Hearts I Secret Ending, I really wanted to start playing Kingdom Hearts II and see if that world is there waiting for me. Then I found out that the city part of this world are just... 4 places, right?

But then I found out that the big castle at least was worth of being in the biggest World in Kingdom Hearts II.

It would of been great to explore more of it. Seems like you'll get to find a lot of interesting things and will give us more of an idea to what lives there (doubt a nobody/heartless drove that delivery truck lol)

The way we got to explore Traverse Town is how I imagine it would of been.

I don't think they'd look like much to be honest. Prolly by standers you see at your local stores or kids you see at the mall. That's what I picture anyways, like normal people but with a dark heart.

I don't think TWTNW should expand all the building because as it was said before, there'd be not much of anything, (or if SE wanted to be asssholes, they should just fill it up with humanoid nobodies. But I don't see that happening). I think just the memory skyscraper should have some access to it.

Cause to me, it sounds like you guys want all of TWTNW opened and expanded. e.e

All I ever wanted from the city is more boss fights there. With Xemnas it only showed the main building in the fight. Which i didn't like but I still enjoyed that fight as one of my favorites.
