It doesn't matter. People whose names in the have been misspelled in the Note more than three times are free from death by it, with this knowledge, I had my Misa intentionally misspell my name thrice. Your ideas are useless now, motherf*cker.

I just thought of something. What if someone had their name written in the Death Note, but were supposed to die before the time written in the Death Note? What would happen? Would their life be extended, or would the Death Note not work for them?

 

The Death Note would take place, but the time would be readjusted. I've memorized these rules.
