Spoiler For a long time, I have had to say that I like these things in order: Problem Sleuth < Homestuck < Sepulchritude. For a long time, I have been waiting. Waiting for the defining moment. The very peak of Homestuck, where it reached heights for which it was always destined but never quite attained. The moment it surpassed Sepulchritude. When EoA5 came out, I was disappointed. Yes, it was amazing. Yes, I had my share of crazy reactions. I even recorded them. But the more I watched and re-watched, the more I felt like something was missing. Like it wasn't enough. There was still something it needed. One last little push into greatness. One dark pocket left. It has been filled. And the best part is, I fucking called it. I was saying to What? like a week ago, Watch him be Doc Scratch. It's too obvious for anyone to think of it. I realized that he must have known intrinsically somehow. Known that English would enter the universe on his death, known that he was just waiting. When there was a possibility for dark pockets in his vision, the only way he could've known 100% about something he wouldn't be around to see is if he was the catalyst for it. It's the first time I've honestly taken a stab at predicting a future event. And I was right. But yeah it's official. Homestuck has surpassed Sepulchritude. It is officially my favorite MSPA comic.
