It's fun and all, I like editing, but Days is least favourite KH game Anyways, the real purpose of this topic is a question. There's some empty space I don't like and I'm trying to think of any other information that might be useful or interesting to put on. I'm thinking I'll put the name of each day on the topmost part of the overlay, and besides that I was thinking of finding a way to put relevant status info about Roxas on, particularly the names of the different keyblades because unlike previous KH games those are hidden away on a menu and you're unlikely to actually see the name of whatever blade the panel gives you. So yeah, ideas? Feedback? Changes?
I think what day it is would be very helpful, but beyond that, I feel like it would be too cluttered (assuming the space above is the entirety of the available space). If you still think there's a lot of empty space, you could put a simple background behind the whole thing? Also, is this for a video or a graphic project? >_>
I have a more specific idea for the bottom part now. A gold menu like the other parts of the overlay, giving important details about Roxas, like the Gear he's wearing, maybe a recommended accessory for a mission, level, etc. But I am worried about it being too cluttered like you said. The project is just a personal one, I want to make definitive versions of Days and Re:Coded using the HD cutscenes with decent editing to get the whole story. I wanted to add the HD music in as well but unfortunately it doesn't seem that will work out :/
