So I've been going to bed at like 4 in the morning for a straight week

    I'm laying my head down

    drifting off

    thinking tomorrow's gonna be great because I'll be well rested and ready for the day

    drifting... drifting... almost asleep...

    Ma calls up and asks me to check on the thermostat.

    grumble grumble

    Get back to my room

    Not sleepy.

    Tried that...still end up going to bed around 2, 4 if I forget what time it is. Even if I go to bed at a reasonable time I feel tired the next morning so I usually just screw it.

    My body usually forces me to sleep around 1 or 2 in the morning. My body is forever on my schedule for work.

    I don't feel tired until 1 or 2 at night though. I'll sit in bed, read some tvtropes or something just to mellow me out. Sometimes I get too comfortable I guess.

    I try to make it a habit of going to bed around 10, maybe 10:30. Although when I get distracted either playing my DS or reading it'll go on to 11, and sometimes 12:30. I really try not to go too late, otherwise I'll end up sleeping in when I shouldn't
