Not neccessarily, there has been a batch of anti-virus updates that have been totally out of whack with what they class as viruses.

For example I know avast went completely crazy not so long ago and started attacking my printer and scanner calling them viruses but it was just a bad update. I know other people that have had it attack Office, and various other perfectly safe files.

Though I have to admit, that many hits doesn't sound too awesome D:

That's highly improbable. You computer should be slower than a 90s PC right now if that was the case.
What Antivirus are you using?

 

No way. Gay can get you some viruses, but to get 72 trojans you'd need stuff that makes scat look like the teletubbies.
