How fast can you run?

You are forced to fuse with the person from KHV who you think about the most. Who is this member, and what will you do first upon realizing you've fused (aside from screaming that is)?

 

I would be the best swordsman, fighting them with a sword that looks just like a stick of celery.

You have the ability to acquire one superpower of your choosing, but doing so you must sacrifice one thing, it can be anything however. Do you choose to acquire one? If so, which one? If not, why?

2. Well lets me do the math, my average mile is 5 minutes with a light jog so I would assume if I was sprinting the entire time it would clock around 3 and a half minutes. Divided by 60 that would come up to be . . . 17.5mi/ hr. Though if I have adrenaline going for in which I would be preyed on for something which I assume is your reasoning for this question, maybe 20mi/hr for a very short period in time?
