I need ideas on food I can prepare at home to talk with me to the AnimeExpo. But the only thing I can think of is sandwiches and some kind of sandwich. Food over there is too expensive and we'll have a cooler so I'll need meals that can fill but also that we don't need to do much to in order for it's preparation. Got anything, gaiz? ; ; It would help me greatly. Simple, easy, and filling. No mere fruit or veggies as suggestions or things like that because we'll be there all day and I want actual meals to take. Those would be more suited as snacks. ><
If you wanna make sandwiches, be creative with em. Like, add cute Japanese emoticons on em or something.
What about a cold pasta salad? Or just pasta? Something I find quite nice is cooking some spaghetti (easy :3) and then mixing it with a tiny bit of sweet chilli sauce. Then again... I know I have strange taste buds so you may not like it like I do. Or you could take hard boiled eggs! Always great. Or you could take dips and bread sticks for snacking ::L: although they aren't super filling. Wheat is very filling because it expands in your stomach or something... so just shove wheat into everything.
Yeah I was considering pasta. Like a macarroni salad or something. But I love plain pasta too. Though my friends think I'm weird for it haha. Well thankies but as I said, I wanted meals, not snacks. >< But appreciate the help. Unfortunately, my braces hate me eating hard-boiled eggs. T^T
Yeah, I used to take just plain pasta into school and a bottle of ketchup... I was happy enough with that xD Well you don't have to eat the shells :lolface: but I know what you mean.
Wow now that's something I won't do haha. Just plain ol' cooked pasta is fine. Or maybe with a little olive oil, S&P, and a few herbs~ Mmmm. xD Oh you~ but yeah, I dunno why the metal gives that reaction to the egg white.
Rice and noodles is awesome. 1. Boil noodles and rice (Separately) 2. Fry them on a frying pan, mix well and put spices on it. Easy as hell to make, if you have kitchen appliances available.
