Phish help for MSN

How do you get rid of this Phish?

Oh and phish is a type of virus, for all of you out there who don't know.

Get a virus protection and scan, scan, scan! ^o^

You know, the file is being sent from a location on your computer, in fact it says what the path is everytime it tries to send it, why don't you just follow the damn file path and delete it?

Did you just scan sections, because when I did that mine showed up

 

from what I remember when I had this, it was protected and wouldnt allow you to delete it, and if you did get it to go, it put itself back on there after a few minutes.

 

Ah, I see. So this isn't one of those viruses that can be manually removed.

Then just keep scanning is all I got to tell you, it may have a firewall blocker on it so that could be why your virus protection can't find it. Possibley get a trial of something else for now and have it search your computer?

 

Get AVG free, and Spybot Search and Destroy, and Adaware. We use those and our computer has very few viruses.

Also, shadowjak gives good advice. Find the file on your computer. Look in the temporary folder, that is where most viruses like to hide.

 

The way I had to do it in the end was reset my computer back a week lol and have it totally wipe anything from that week.
