Not being able to read and having difficulty reading are two very different things. He could easily just be dyslexic or something. Who even cares?

Gotta love the new America, where it's now okay to make fun of people for being illiterate or dyslexic. Also okay to make fun of people's appearances and for the size of their dick. And punching people is okay now. Y'all are really fighting against Trump in a progressive way.

 

These videos are like the liberal equivalents of conservative conspiracy theory videos. Trumps illiteracy is like their version of Obama's birth certificate.

 

Sick false equivalency fam. These actually have some proof to support it, plus he literally speaks at a 4th grade level.

 

That's not the point though. The point I was trying to make with that comparison was that it made no difference whether Obama was born in Kenya or not, the same way it makes no difference if Trump can read or not. By focusing on things like his literacy, you're implying that it's more important than the fact that he has a fascistic world view that is immensely dangerous to countless groups of people. My point was that his ability to read is of little importance when people's livelihoods are at stake.

If this wasn't the case, and trump was actually a "good" president already, and it became known that he displayed signs of illiteracy, then I would agree with you that there might be some cause for concern. But because Trump already has a huge amount of other problems which are of much higher importance, him being illiterate really doesn't change anything.
