Y'know I've been wondering? When you defeat a heartless, then the nobody of that same heartless, they reunite and become whole. (That's what nomura said I think) so if organisation 13's goal was to become whole again, why didn't they simply destroy their heartless, then kill themself so that they could return to being humans??? Anyone has an explanation please?

As evidenced by the birth of Roxas, nobodies aren't necessarily "born" close to their own Heartless. Good luck finding your generic Shadow among the billions and billions of them. Not to mention they don't necessarily stay in the same place.
They did hunt for Heartless though: a lot of their "missions" revolved around them. Perhaps killing as many Heartless as possible, hoping yours would be among them, was one of their side goals.

    This.

And as for the Organization killing their own Heartless; it wouldn't get their somebody form back.
Only if the Heartless are slain by the Keyblade will the Hearts be released, and then once the Nobody is defeated the somebody -may- come back.

That's why Roxas/Xion was important to the Org. in Days. Albeit, to use the free hearts to make a Kingdom Hearts, but the principal idea remains.

It could be possible that their heartless have been destroyed and upon Sora and Riku's obliteration of the entire organization that they became real people. In fact it could be a good point for Noramura to create enemies. Still we won't know until the games come out.

I'd imagine that the Organization Nobodies, having been strong enough of heart to retain the bulk of their original appearances, might have had Heartless that were unique and easier to identify from others. I've often contemplated the possibility that some of the Heartless bosses that were fought (like Trickmaster in Wonderland) could correlate to members of the Organization.

You need to Keyblade to get the hearts, and besides their heartless could have already been destroyed.

While that could be true, we have Sora. And he turned into a mere shadow heartless. So it's also possible that they're just run-of- the mill heartless.

As for their methods, as stated above, you'd need a Keyblade to do it. But then you have to wonder why they couldn't just use the Keyblade wielders to hunt heartless until they obtained the right one. But you have to realize that being "killed off" and just disappearing wouldn't be pleasant. Even if you knew that you'd come back; there's no guarantee you'd have your memories as a Nobody.

We have Roxas, who became whole, but not in the way you'd think. He became a whole Sora, not Roxas with a heart. If that makes any sense.

I like to think of them being NeoShadows because they move similar like them with swift movements. They are also very difficult to defeat as well. In Saix's case there is a dark figure of him in 358/2days (when you play the mission again with another character) so I was thinking that could be his heartless.
