Question Need help with avatar. ^^;

I'm hoping to make this pic my avatar on another forum. The problem is, that forum will only allow 80 by 80 pixel size, and I have no idea how to shrink it.

Btw, you can resize images like that in any old decent photo editing program. :\ Although it just depends on what program you have. If you don't have any, I know MS Paint can resize it. :\
