Video Need Help Converting

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this but I need help converting a clip.

I downloaded the KH2FM+ Secret Ending from the High Quality Kingdom Hearts Videos thread and it's in AVI format and I need help converting it to WMV format for an AMV I'm making, i've tried opening the clip with WMP(Windows Media Player) and that worked but I can't save it as a WMV file.

Converting a video format to WMV will result in quality loss. If you are able to play the video you should be able to open it in a video editor, siuh as Windows Movie Maker.

What program are you using to edit your videos?

 

I am using Windows Movie Maker.

Whenever I try importing the clip it says"The required codec was not downloaded automatically because the Download codecs automatically check box is not selected in the Options dialog box."

 

Try downloading the most recent DivX codec or the latest version of Quicktime. And install them, that should fix the problem.
