Master Xehanort is from Destiny Islands and just like Riku dreamed of going to other worlds.

 

which would explain ansems talk in kh1 at the end when hes talking about riku feeling trapped.

 

That would make even more sense considering that "Ansem" wanted Riku to be his servant over someone else; similar past, home, experience. It's like a new beginning for him.

 

Lol Is he Riku's Grandpa?

 

Xehanort: "I am your GRANDfather."
Riku: "NOOOOOOOO!!"

...it's no one here reads the other topics. There's at LEAST two threads with the Xehanort Reports in them detailing why that's obviously Master Xehanort

I doubt it. He was described as a boy by Riku. So he must have been fairly young, about KH2 SRK's age. And if he was at the children's island as we saw as in the beginning of BBS he must not be an adult yet. It seems as the people of destiny Islands grow up they venture to the island less. Kairi and the rest of children stopped going as they grew up. And Family really has no role in BBS. Riku and Xehanort were similar, but I wouldn't go as far to say they're related.
