Get a Geodude

Seriously even like a Lv10 one fresh from the cave will whup her ass

 

She one shotted a level 6 Onix with Stomp. They seriously made her harder in HeartGold. That thing is faster than all my Pokemon, takes out half their health in one hit and my three main Pokemon are all higher leveled than her!

 

Really? I actually found her easier in SoulSilver. But usually when I get to a stronger pokemon, I have one pokemon, usually my starter since it's always my strongest, as the fighter, and everything else use stat lowering moves like Growl or Sand-Attack, and it becomes really easy.

 

I prefer starting a team and training them. I only did starter-only when I got my first Pokemon game.

 

I'm not saying only train your starter, I'm saying when you fight whitney just choose your strongest pokemon and use the others to lower her stats. The last time I fought I had like a lv26 pokemon for my whole team and I still had trouble without the stat lowering

 

That's... not a very well balanced, nor high level team. You should fix that. ^^,

 

my team is usually mostly the same. I always get a mareep, nidoran, pidgey, magikarp/some other water type, and whatever else I feel like doing with the last slot. It's usually just a HM slave though

 

A level 22 Quilava versus a level 19 Whitney Milktank... It's like asking to beat a Geodude with a Zubat! I planned on paralyzing her with Ekans glare but no it missed and she took out half it's health in one hit with stomp.

Poliwag/Opia: Level 22. Female. Ability Damp. Att 31, Def, 27, Sp. Att 29, Sp. Def 22, Spd 41. Moves: Body Slam, Rain Dance, Hypnosis, Water Gun.

Quilava/Embolio: Level 22. Male. Ability Blaze. Att 36, Def 34, Sp. Att 41, Sp. Def 35, Spd 42. Moves: Flame Wheel, Ember, Leer, Quick Attack.

Ekans/Glowe: Level 21. Male. Ability Shed Skin. Att 33, Def 24, Sp. Att 23, Sp. Def 26, Spd 33. Moves: Screech, Headbutt, Bite, Glare.

 

I just got my ass raped by that milltank in SS like 3 hours ago. That little whore.

 

well, besides the team, you should get at least one or 2 more pokemon. But still, ekans doesn't have the greatest defense, so I can see half of it's HP going down. But you could try Hypnosis, but that thing can miss pretty often. I suggest using Screech. It can help you better in the long run.

After the first time I beat her, she was always easier than I thought. I guess beating her once helped me understand how to do it a little better. The only really annoying thing in HG/SS is the move they gave Miltank to regain HP.

 

She had that back then or maybe it was Crystal. This isn't the first time I've faced her. I restarted my Gold over 100 times before I even beat the game because it was that much fun. I restarted my HeartGold because I was bored. I tried Hypnosis. Missed as well. Guess I'll keep trying till I get lucky.

Also I'm not getting another Pokemon till after I beat her. I pretty much get two for the first gym then 1 more for each gym after that until I hit six but this time I only had 1 for Falkner. I'm still debating of whether or not to get an Eevee evolution.

 

Nope, that milk drink move wasn't even made till Diamond and Pearl. It actually made the game even more annoying.
And how do you play Gold 100 times? I restarted my SS about 5 or 6 times and got bored. It's not a bad game, but the plot is really boring. You think they could have done a little more with Team Rocket. I mean seriously, what a letdown for a final battle. At least the theme for the Lance and Red battles are really nice

2nd Gen was and is my favorite. It holds many good memories for me.

I was serious in my replaying pokemon Gold. That wasn't a joke. I had that game memorize pretty much. In the top left corner of the 2nd Gym there was a Bug Trainer named Josh. To the right of him was another Bug Trainer who had a Weedle, Kakuna, and a Beedrill. I didn't know everything but random things still persist in my mind.

 

That's kinda creepy. I personally think Hoenn was my favorite region, just because I liked fighting Team Aqua and Team Magma so often, and it kept you really busy. Sinnoh is probably my 3rd favorite, just because it was nice with all the Galactic battles and everything, but once you finished up with them, the game got kinda boring. White is nice because even though it's so simple, there's something about the whole concept behind Team Plasma, N, and Ghetsis that it's just really cool.
But if they make a remake for Emerald or something on the DS, I will buy that so quickly. But I hope they make it you fight both Teams, because fighting only one isn't as fun

 

Fighting her now. Clefairy was taken out and I had my Poliwag fully healed. I paralyzed her Milktank. Forgot one thing. It's holding a Lum berry. All status effects get removed...

Favorite games K. In order from most to least favorite. 2, 5, 4, 1, 3. There's reasons and such but I won't tell unless you ask. There's a lot. Final boss themes? In order from most to least favorite. 2, 4, 5, 1, 3. More reasons blah blah blah. I really didn't like 3rd gen that much. Eh. Also I'm sure they won't make a remake for them for the DS. Maybe 3DS but that won't be for a long time. It would ruin the universe a bit.

DS, 3DS, either way I want a remake. But I can't remember the themes for Sinnoh too well, and Kanto was not my favorite. It got old really fast. Red was my first pokemon game, and when I got Ruby(then sapphire because I lost Ruby, and than Emerald, because I lost Sapphire), I really enjoyed it. I mean, it would be nice fighting more than one Rival, like in the 5th generation, but I'll still take what we get in the 3rd. It was fun with the 2 rivals though, I really enjoy that. Keeps it interesting since you can fight either of them fairly often

You ever seen the episode with that? What is seen cannot be unseen, unfortunately.

 

UPDATE: I returned my Ekans and sent out Laney/Onix. She took out less than half his health. I think she criticaled last time. Used Screech. *smirk* Let her beat it then sent out Ekans. She went first. Rollout missed. Glare missed. She used stomp and criticaled my Ekans and beat it in one shot... Sent out Poliwag. She used stomp, 1/8th health gone. Used Hypnosis and she is asleep.

The problem though is that they take place during the 1st generation. 2nd Gen and 4th Gen happened 3 years later. 5th Gen happened about 4 I think. It wouldn't really work.
