Yes I have made my first ever sig, I didn't follow any tut or anything, so if you think it's bleh thats why

 

Of course, not the greatest sig in the world. Still artsy and good.
Dont take it personally, it IS your first.

This is a great first sig. I love the way the colours swirl around Axel like flames. 8/10

But it's pretty good for your first. The render is a bit choppy, and I'm not really lovin' the size. But it's good for your first. 6.9/10

 

Like Shadow said not that good sense you're a biginner so since you are well thats good for a biginner ummm...yeah 10/10

Sorry if I'm the most critical...but I always seem to be...:)
Liek Misty said, the render is a bit choppy and the size isn't great for a sig.
The subtle effect of the "flames" looks cool so thumps up for that.
Otherwise the sig is sorta monotone, especially with the background and render in the bottom right corner.
Overall for a first 5/10.
