Alright, I gave it another shot... I've been trying to toy around with the FG a bit, but I honestly don't think I'm doing it right. T_T CnC, I guess. :bored:
I was going to suggest foreground before I say what you read, but to the CnC. A good way to get some for ground effect is to use clipping masks and pentooling. With the clipping mask you need to make a new layer and load up some splatter brushes. Brush infront of the subject at the bottom, just not to much or too high, it looks bad when a clipping mask is over the face and what not. Next create a new layer, then apply image and then go Layer>clippingmask then just move said clipping mask layer around til satisfied. And do that just a few times. The other option is pentool, that you want to make a small design in front that will compliment the flow of the tag nicely, and maybe wrap around the subject, that is your preference really. Next take a soft brush about 2px of whatever colour you want, then stoke path and presto foreground effect. As for the other parts of the tag, need a direction to flow in and as well, I think that you should an more depth, this done by adding said foreground and background effects. The best thing to do is to pick up tricks from a tutorial I think. But overall its pretty good, think you can do more to it though.
I don't know any of the technical stuff Spitfire was talking about but I love it. I love the color and the render and the background looks really nice.
