Working on It Latest Visitors - Show Time in 12-Hour Format

I mentioned this to Denis on Skype the other day; now I'm just making this an official suggestion.

I don't know if it's possible, but could the time for the Latest Visitors add-on block be shown as non-military time to match the rest of the forum? The PHP code for 12-hour time is:

As an example, the 15:57 below would instead show as 3:57 PM (yesterday):

 

I actually just changed it so that it displays ALL members who were online today, no matter the time zone.
