I'm just gonna use the youtube video I already have up:

You take the "code" in between the = and the & to get this.
VVgQ2Q5G6L4
You then put that in this BBCode setup
[youtube=*Code*]*Code*[*/youtube]
So your final line will look like this:
[youtube=VVgQ2Q5G6L4]VVgQ2Q5G6L4[*/youtube]
Without the *.
So it'll come out like this:
