The user portal still has the old layout, if that's what you're talking about..

he/she(srry not sure if you a guy or a girl) probably means a bit ago it wouldn't let you go there. Kept popping up something saying page can't be displayed
but it's fine now

And if It was getting that, that's just database errors, it gets those all the time.


The reason it looks different is becuase it doesn't have the new layout yet.
