Discuss your suggestions for the finale of KH3 here.

    Mine:

It boils down to the 7 Lights vs. the 13 Darknesses, naturally (with Sora & Co. having saved everyone beforehand, of course).

Regardless of who gets pitted against who, the 13 are eventually reduced to just MX, who ends up wielding the X-Blade and going one-on-one against Sora.

After MX's inevitable defeat, one of the 7 shocks everyone by snatching the X-Blade away from him and finishing him off with it in cold blood, fittingly similar to what MX himself did to Eraqus near the end of BBS.

This "one of the 7" is revealed to be Aqua, who's finally decided to take matters into her own hands out of frustration toward MX and the Darkness. Now that MX is gone, all that's left is for her to use the X-Blade to summon KH and then use it to create a universe without Darkness, only Light. Aqua blames the Darkness for corrupting MX in the first place and causing suffering to countless people, including her and her friends. Thanks to MX's actions, she now believes the Light cannot co-exist with the Darkness, because the Darkness is unstable and will never stop trying to consume the Light. Thus, it is only fair that the Light strike back and eliminate the Darkness instead. The Worlds would be better off without it, and she and her friends could finally live in peace.

Aqua proceeds to use the X-Blade she stole from MX to summon KH and draw Light-power from it, transforming into a being resembling Angewomon from the Digimon franchise. Sora & Co., including Terra and Ven, try to talk her down from destroying the Light/Darkness balance, but to no avail. With no other choice left, they promise to stop her if necessary. Aqua begs them not to try, as she only wants to help them, not fight them, but sees no other choice but to eliminate all the Darkness and spread abundant Light around the Worlds to undo MX's damage and prevent others from suffering in the future. With great reluctance, both sides get ready, and the battle begins.

    To be continued....

Not bad. I love kind of twist endings like this. Not really a twist of M.Night Shamalamadingdong proportions but something that was not expected. I myself have a sort of idea about what I would like for after the Xehanort saga is over. Also I would reeeeaaaaaallllly like if the next enemy was a light based one(as opposed by Xehanort's darkness), showing that light can be evil as well as darkness.

Pretty cool and sounds about right for Aqua's personality, though I'm sure the fact that it's going to be KH3, a main numbered title, means there's going to be a number of big things (introducing new ideas, characters, etc.) that are going to happen before the end. What you've described is based on what we know so far and doesn't take into account any of the possible new information, but it is a solid theory and like I said it's pretty cool, plus it would be a surprising twist like Thunderbandit said to fight an enemy of light.

My theory is that the final boss is going to be Xenahort on Kingdom Hearts.

Just a one last stand, Sora gets trapped in Kingdom Hearts with Xehanort, plays out like a final boss should be.

It probably will be Sora vs. Xehanort within kingdom hearts - but, Xehanort will probably have done something with the 13 darknesses (i.e. absorbed them to form some perfect being of darkness?) Sora will have to face this alone, probably wanting to save the other 6 'lights'.

If it's anything like the Final boos of KH2 then they're probably be a few mini boss battle before the final battle between Sora (and whoever else managed to follow him all the way) and MX.

You ideas sounds like a wicked plot twist that just may work. I can see it happening, seeing as how Aqua's spent years on the Realm of Darkness, alone, only remembering what Xehanort did to her friends (he killed Eraqus, took over Terra's body and turned Ven into a vegetable). Of course the fault is really on Xehanort, with all much time spent on the Dark Realm, she's sure to have developed a sort of psychological focus bent on destroying all that's darkness.

Sorry, I forgot to add my personal idea:

I haven't throughoutly thought about it, but I think the final battle will occur when the Seven Lights confront the Thirteen Darkness and the battle will be playable when you take control of Mickey, Riku and Sora (in respective order fighting Xemnas, Ansem SoD and Master Xehanort).

It's Xehanort. There are seven more darknesses left but then Xehanort decides to recruit another member. There appears riku(Possesed by ansem in kh1) with his dark blade. The seven darknesses circled sora , riku jumps in to stop them but then Rikunort came to stop him. It was too late all seven Xehanorts took sora to the top of the hill were kingdom hearts stand. Then Yen Sid tried to stop xehanort with Stopza. Young Xehanort interupts. Yen Sid used a solar eclipse on Young xehanort which killed him in a heartbeat. He then approached Xehanort at full power. Rikunort then appeared in back of Yen Sid and he stabbed his keyblade into yen Sid.

Julius. They gotta continue the tradition of secret bosses being the next game's final boss.

OFF-TOPIC: I'm a tad obsessive-compulsive with what I write/type, so in case you're wondering why some of my posts keep being edited/deleted, now you know.

Anyway, I'll post the ending to my theory soon.

The main reason that I can see Mickey becoming possessed by Master Xehanort and being the final boss is because Mickey has always been this powerful force of good that has guided Sora and Riku in their journey to defeat Xehanort's incarnations. Not to mention, it seems that Xehanort being after a new body is a semi-constant theme, at least for BBS and KH1 with MX and Ansem, SoD wanting Terra's and Riku's bodies, respectively. I could see the final battle as something that's supposed to be emotional and challenging if it's Xehanort!Mickey. I mean, like I said, Mickey has been a mentor for Sora and Riku and he's been a force of good. They'll be conflicted with their feelings for Mickey and their drive to defeat Xehanort. Not to mention, Mickey by himself is definitely powerful enough to be Big Bad material.

More of my KH3 Final Boss Theory:

Sora & Co. confront Aqua but are unable to attack due to the power of KH. However, she is eventually disarmed of the X-Blade by interference from the presence of Eraqus, who leaves Terra's Heart to "possess" hers and hopefully bring her back to her senses. She is still powerful due to KH, but she is no longer invulnerable, thanks to Eraqus's influence as well as Sora & Co. now being able to utilize the only weapon capable of matching KH.

    To be concluded...

    My theory:

Sora and co. will meet a new character named Krandess who acts like she's helping you, but she's really another Xehanort collecting information about Sora. Krandess and the other Xehanorts form the darkest being possible, and the battle begins. But after the battle, something happens. The X-blade is formed, and it starts to have a mind of it's own, and battles Sora and the co.

    I'm asleep, so...
