The dying words of a pessimist,
and I'll say listen close, these walls are screaming
watch these ghosts, their hearts are bleeding
stuck in a dream outside the morgue
and there's no place left for me except the corddd.~

Misty and I just like to make them all the time because we're listening to songs that mean stuff to us. Can't speak for anyone else though.

Yah, seriously. But, anyway, I'm just teasing ya, but the lack of hip-hop fans on this site is just depressing.

Rap doesn't suck. People think because of what's on TV, Hip-Hop is only about sex, money, and drugs. Real hip-hop died a long time ago. And even if Lil' Waynez is sayin' he's saving hiphop's ass, he's not really doing anything to gain it back up at all. Real stuff like Immortal Technique doesn't get that much attention. And he's probably one of the most true artists out there, as he discusses politics, racism and many unjust things in the world. Lupe Fiasco is a brilliant artist, who can write both fun and creative stuff and also serious music. Try hearing some stuff besides Lollipop and T-Pain bullshit. Turn the radio onto Eminem, who not only speaks truth, but jokes about it in most parts. Turn youtube onto Lupe Fiasco, Common, Jay-Z's older stuff. Those are good music. I'm not saying Hip-Hop now is wack and stupid, but the older stuff was way better.

No one said Hip-hop sucked. Orange just said she doesn't like lil Wayne, is all. xD But, this is true. Although, some artists are good lyrically, it's just that their singles are the ones that get played and most of their singles don't have the most meaningful lyrics in it and people judge Hip-Hop because of that.

YOUR WRONG. Orange said that Lil' Wayne wasn't good. And since Lil' Wayne stated that he is hip-hop, that means she opposes hip-hop fully. But you are correct when you say that the singles that some artists put on are not worthy of Hip-hop.

You are both wrong. Orange said she doesn't count listening to small wayne as broadening her music horizon and she'll never be into small wayne. She said neither of the things stated above.

Technicaly though, listening to Hip Hop aka Lil Wayne would broaden your horizens since you don't listen to him already regardless of if you think so or not.
