Is it normal for games created to be slow. Like I created both KHFM and FFX from that site and they tend to be a bit slow when it comes to loading or moving to another section of an area. By the way I am new at this.

I don't think emulating discussion is allowed.

It's allowed as long as you're not linking to pirated content.

If you're running the games on an emulator and they're laggy or slow, I doubt it's the ISO--your computer probably just isn't powerful enough.

if it's been burned, that will happen if you bought a cheap brand DVD. make sure you buy high quality DVDs, i find that i only got good performance out of Sony DVDs when i burnt games on DVD to play on PS2. i find that this happens with movies with my DVD players as well. i don't know if that's what you're trying to do though.

Yes. PCSX2 will lag and studder when loading or loading to another section. It's perfectly normal. Nothing you can do to prevent it.

It's probably your computer, but it could also be the emulator.

I have a Dell Laptop from 2004, and it can run Gameboy Games, DS games, and PSP Games just fine. I do suffer occasional lag though.

Chances are, it's probably the emulator. They are 3D games though, so that could cause a problem. Try another game and see if it runs smoother,

I suggest modding your ps2, its free, easy and you just insert the discs like you would a normal game. But yeah I have a pretty new laptop with 6GB Ram and a 1.6ghz processor, integrated graphics, and I get a solid 40fps on PCSX2, but I prefer playing on the PS2.

No need I just broke the front part of the ps2 and use a slide card. I play KH2fm and it works like a charm. Plus, I am not emulating.
