pretty good, but it just looks like you blurred the backround and did some coloring effects, but i would not know the only things that bug me are the little parts by Neku where they look a little pixel-ly and the color of the border is not workin for me
It's okay. It looks very cramped, sort of like it was originally longer but you cropped out some empty space. This makes the stock look enormous in comparison to the effects and very centralized. He's taking up almost half of the tag, and in my experience the stock should be a bit small. There's a big disconnect between the area around Neku and the buildings. Get the sort of sky-esque smudge/distortion to cover more of the tag. The light is good, I like that. There's some distortion I think you should erase in his hair. Color is pretty basic, I'm not really in love with it or hating it. I'm compleltely hypocritical when I say this but the yellow of the border is too random, I think some purple would be good here. Keep trying at it. Read some tutorials.
