I'm pre-ordering Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. I don't have a job, but I can't hold off on it any longer. I'll get Smash Bros later after I get paid, but those games are mocking me not having pre-ordered them yet.

Fun fact, you don't "need" any of these games or games at all, so by saying you can't wait just shows that you are impatient. Wanting and needing are two totally different words (with two totally different meanings).

Way to throw away any kind of respect some people on here might have had for you. Pre-ordering a game doesn't make you better than anyone else, and then bragging about said pre-order kind of just makes you seem like a jerk because some people actually can't afford to buy games right away let alone at all.

I waited four years for Days, 2 years for re:coded, six months for ddd, and 7 months for y, brohan. don't talk to me about waiting. for someone who's complaining about not having money, maybe the thing to do is wait to buy them until you do or hold onto the money until they come out to be safe. i understand being a fan of things and wanting them when they come out, but we can't always get what we want when we want it. if you want to preorder it, that's your decision, though as for me I don't agree with preordering things so I don't.

Pre-ordering isn't good or bad, using a pre-order as an excuse to act like you are better than someone is the problem.

I love that you both take that answer so seriously. First off, remember who you're talking to and if I would actually take that question seriously.
Secondly, no one said anything about talking about being better than anyone else. Pre-ordering doesn't say you're better than anyone else or not, it's just a way to pay for a game. Do you think you're better than others when you reserve a spot at a restaurant? Because it's the same concept. You're paying for something beforehand to get it in the future instead of trying to go through the hassle of getting it because things later in the future might get in your way.

You see I don't know if you understand how things work, but when you act like a pretentious douche, people think you are a pretentious douche.
