Daniel Radcliffe with facial hair is more terrifying than any plot.

    HECKS YAH!

    American horror: Overdone, gory, I-will-go-puke-now-cause-some-guy's-head-rolled-off-of-his-shoulders

Japanese horror: Just some creepy "What-if-that-was-me" stuff

British Horror: JUST FLAT OUT CREEPY AND SCARY! HOLY COW! o.o

And I felt so bad for the little kids that went to go see it, cause they're going to be looking for the woman in black now and are going to be paranoid for life. T~T

@Traitor: We were making Harry Potter jokes the whole time. xD Like I saw this black blob in the background when Daniel was poking around in the house, and there was this dark fabric in the background and I was like, "OH look! A dementor!" And all the sudden it moved, turned around, and it was the Woman in Black. Lol, made me nervous chuckle that I spotted her before she moved, cause she blended in really well with the other details in the background.

Ahahaha. Poor Daniel. He will forever be Harry Potter, even when he's fifty.
Also; not actually seen the film yet. Was it good or just terrifying?

    That's why.

    True.

Adult or not, we've watched him grow up. You compare those two pics side-by-side and OH GOD WHAT IS THIS

If you don't like knowing something is going to pop up but you don't know where, creepy mechanical toys coming to life at random times, a rocking chair making the creepy-ist sounds, the movie going completely quiet and then suddenly there's noise (and no, it's not always the Woman in Black screaming), having the feeling afterwards that you're being watched constantly by an unseen force, then don't go see it. ;~; Took me seven hours to go to sleep peacefully, and this is when I had a lamp on and kept turning on every light in the house where I walked and had peaceful piano music playing in the background on repeat ALL night.

Yush, when he went on a train to the village, we were like "HOGWARTS!" And when he went on a carriage ride with one of the villagers, we compared the villager to Hagrid. :'D

And... both. The ending was bitter/sweet, wonderful/horrible. Very suspenseful, very creepy, interesting story and it made you go "Whaaaaat?!", very frightening at some parts, cause it caught you off guard. Unlike other scary movies I've watched. Like you have a feeling something is going to happen, but you don't know what until it does happen. Like when you get bored at one part... and then you continue with the movie... you wish you were back at the boring part.

HOW DID HARRY USE A TIME-TURNER TO LOSE HIS SCAR AND- *poofs before shot*

*reappears* Anyway, I'm planning on seeing this tomorrow and playing Siren on the PS3 straight after. I doubt they're the same type of horror, but aren't I so unbelievably courageous? :/8D:

I want to see this, but I can't because of Daniel Redcliffe. I see him and I think of Harry Potter and there are few things I hate more than Harry Potter.

I've saw it at the thearte a few years ago and that was really good. It was really clever how they did it, it was really minimalistic but effective. They had several moments that set my heart pounding and made me jump, the twists were predictable but still good.

However I really don't know how that'll translate to a movie as it won't be miminalistic and the twist in the play won't work on a film but it still looks to be quite good.

...And I've just been told I'm going to see it on Wednesday. I don't watch horrors. Or anything even slightly scary. I'm going to die.
