I want to practice my blogging skills. Apparently, if I do study abroad in Italy in a year or two, I can get three thousand dollars scholarship towards it if I do short blogs every week about my experiences.
Eh, blog just sounds too much like some sort of disgusting swamp monster for me to want to assocciate with it.
Well blogging for me is like writing in a diary. I write about what's going on with me or cool things I see on the Internet. But there are other types, like food blogs, tech blogs, resturant blogs, fashion blogs, etc.
My IT professor once told me, after a usual spirited talk of philosophy and our respective futures, that I should start a blog to organize my thoughts. What do you guys think? Would you read my blog?
In the simplest of terms, a blog is a diary except it's published on the internet where everybody can read it. I would read it.
You know, there's a blog mod for vBulletin that can be added. It's quite cool. But I get the feeling that it'd be misused with people trolling others and writting Bel Air jokes >_>
Even if you don't update a lot they can still be fun. :] You'd be surprised at how addicting it can be. I might. It depends on how you blog. Like I don't like those where people are constantly psycho-analyzing themselves and using huge words. It makes them sound like the Architect in The Matrix.
A wee while back i wanted to create a blog about a wee lass and her best friend Molly the sheep and their discovery of the internet and modern technology, but i couldn't be bothered.
