I Can't Sleep

    ever scince yester day, i can hear alot better, thats a problem when i am trying to sleep, anybody got any suggestions other then plug your ears up.​

    Sorry man i have the same problem but usually sleeping with a precious none breakable item or a teddy works sometimes
