That the voice actor of Superman in Justice League and Static Shock, probably the most notable voice actor for a lot of 90's kids and 2000, also voiced Nooj in FFX-2 as well as Sephiroth in Crisis Core and Dissidia as well as Kingdom Hearts. I can't believe I never figured that out, because I could not hear them as the same voice.
I'm assuming you're talking about George Newbern, who voiced Sephiroth in nearly every English Final Fantasy-related title with voice acting. However, Newbern didn't voice Sephiroth until Kingdom Hearts II--in the original Kingdom Hearts, Lance Bass (of NSYNC fame) actually voiced Sephiroth. That is probably one of my favorite trivia details about the KH series.
Of course I was referring to KHII. After all, it's not like Sephiroth talked much in KH1. And it's funny that I found this out because I was watching Ben 10: Alien Force and one of the voices sounded familiar, so I looked it up and found that out. I knew he sounded like the guy, but I wasn't sure. It's just funny how all that stuff relates to each other
As a voice actor he -as well as the rest of the voice actors out there- has to be able to manipulate his voice to match a diverse range of characters. One of the best possible examples of this is to take a look at Tara Strong. Her resume ranges from Raven (from Teen Titans) to Bubbles (from PPG). You wouldn't think the same person voiced both of these characters seeing the difference in personality and tone. Voice acting is a talent, a profession that you can't just pick up. It's understandable that you didn't recognize that he was the voice for all those characters. -TK
