I have no idea on how to do this, and truthfully I'd rather not do it myself. Although that's only because of my lazy attitude, but if I learn how to do it, I will. I've wanted to make to a signature based on Lexaeus because he's my favorite Org. XIII member, and I like the silent, cool dudes. If anyone can make one or teach me how, it'd be much appreciated. Use a program like The GIMP(free) or Buy a program like PhotoShop(800 bucks, or uh.... "free"). There are other programs that you can use to help with your effects(c4d, adobe illistrator, topaz. They are all expensive(c4d alone costs 5000 bucks)). Then, you just follow some tutorials(to get used to the program, and learn about techniques on tag making), then, you can make them on your own.
