so I was playing around with Photoshop a few days ago and I found out that the brushes can be rotated. Right now I need to rotate one and I can't remember how I did, Can someone help out? Also, I have checked the internet for answers but they are all for Mac not Windows.

Go to Windows -> Brushes, and the brushes palette should open if it's not already. (if it happens to close through this, just do it again) In that palette there should be options along the left side (i.e. Brush Presets, Smoothing, Scattering). Choose 'Brush Tip Shape,' and there should be an option to rotate it.

If you need me to I can take screens.
