Help pealse!

My mom deleted bunch of stuff on my computer to make room for my sister's game or whatever it was and now Word is gone and with it all of my stories that I worked so hard on.....So now what do I do? (whoever helps me I'll owe)

If it's your stories that are gone, I hate to break it you, but unless you saved a backup, it's gone for good. However, if it's the program itself, then all need is another word processing program. Maybe Editpad or something...

gee thats bad...uh..maybe you should check out Works

 

Try Googling EditPad Lite. It's free and I find it best to use when you're posting stories or whatever. You just type it up on Editpad Lite (minding line breaks and spacing), post it up here, but make sure you use the spell-check before finalizing it, edit the format on here and then finish your post.

As long as you don't need to worry about styles or font coloring (because you can do that using the editor here), it's one of the best you can use.

 

You should have notebad under accessories. not that great of a program but it will open it. OpenOfice Writer and EditPad Light are good freeware programs you can use. and if you're good with the computer registry odds are Word isn't entirely gone, must unistallers suck.

if you need a simple version of word you can always get open office. it's freeware.
