I just bought AV component cables from Sony for my Playstation 3.

Well, they work but there's a strange, green tint on everything I play. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Any chance that your TV has a menu setting for YPrPb vs. RGB for the component jacks? I once had a Sony XBR CRT RPTV that had the ability to configure the component jacks for either RGB or YPrPb input. If the setting was on RGB rather than YPrPB, the screen would have a green tint problem.

First, I'd check the connections physically to make sure they are all plugged in well. Sometimes color tint issues have to do with something not being properly connected, so actually physically check them out, unplugging and replugging them tightly.

Next, make sure your tv is compatible with the PS3. Then check the settings and follow Roxas Sora51's info. See if those work. Good luck!
