"I'm speaking to you from the planet of Halitox. I don't have much time *glance back* but I have to get out of here. WAR IS HAPPENING, and we cannot seem to stop it! I was fighting in the war when-- *bomb drop sound* DAMN! Listen, you have to meet me in the Solara system! I have a ship now, but it needs repairs. *another glance back* Both the pilots are dead, but that's ok because---" The transmission breaks up.

The year is 2090. As promised, warcraft in space has begun, and it all started out with America. America, or, as they like to call themselves, "OOE" which stands for Opressors of Earth. As OOE threatened Russia, telling them they would destroy Russia from a EMP cannon that was aimed right at Russia if the Russians did not do what they said, the Russians launched a proton cannon, which would also halt all electric things, just as an EMP would.

The OOE scientists created small starships, that soon grew into starfleets, just in case Russia's military power used the starships they had already created. Russia sent spies to steal the OOE's plans, and succeded. As war waged on Earth, some countries joining Russia's side, other countries joining OOE, most of them threatened to, a war started in space. Scientists on the ISS launched homeade ships of their own to farther reaches of the galaxy, and discovered new star and planet systems. The war soon reached the whole Galaxy, and some of the more humanoid species on the other planets blamed the humans for the destruction. It was, of course, their fault.

Eventually, OOE conquered Russia, and grew twice it's size. OOE continued to try to conquer most of the galaxy, now becoming OOTU, or Opressors of the Universe. Secretly, a group of anarchists and rebels created an organization called "Non-Opressoors of the Galaxy", but they reffered to themselves as the Nons. Some of the Nons snuck into OOTU, trying to capture plans, and realized they were using the Russians as slaved, forced to work and fight against their will. The Russians gladly gave up all the plans they had gathered and made up to the Nons, and the Nons began work on creating an army to fight OOTU.

This is where you come in.

(I dunno if this is a part of Star Wars or not, but I think it is since some characters have special Force abilities that they learned on Earth, but they call it Chi. Only the Force/Chi doesn't give you Telekinesis or any special powers, just enhanced abilities, Chi Push, Chi Heal, Chi Power Orbs, and Chi sense.)

History: E25 was born on Earth in the middle of the war. His parents went to the shelter of the moon, somehow a neutral planet still, and E25 went to fight in the war when he was old enough, 14. He learned Chi when he still lived on Earth from a Qigong teacher name Silmerion. E25 was stranded in a battle on the Planet Halitox, but repaired a fallen ship and went back to the Solara System, where the main 8 planets are.

History: Originally a member of an anti-terrorist unit for Russia to combat human based terrorism from the OOE before Russia was overthrown. He later fought in the space war and was badly injured to the edge of death and lost his left arm and was captured by the OOTU leading him to be sent to a planet for mining fuel sources. Eventually he escaped when the Nons attacked and lived in the wilderness for a few months. He lost almost all his sanity thus leading him to enable the use of chi through visions brought on by insanity. After living there for sometime he was eventually found by the Nons and recovered to health and given a mechanical arm as a replacement for his severed one, afterwards he joined them and headed back to Earth.

Personality: Usually calm and detached but sometimes the madness returns.

Weapon: An O-katana that can slowly wear down steel before cutting it due to an Alien mineral it was forged with (in Appearance pic).
A handgun that can switch between 3 modes: Standard, a regular (2090 style) gun that holds 9 rounds; Snipe, fires only one shot but at a drastically extended range; Burst, fires 3 shots as one. (can’t get a pic but it’s like a Judge gun from Judge Dread)
His left arm can be used to block weapons and grapple walls or lift things easier.
