Fullmetal Alchemist: The Outcasts.

Story-
It's been a couple years since the attack from those on the other side of the gate. Ed and Al are living new lives on that side, but this is not about them. This is about the Alchemists that were banished from the military for one reason, they tried human transmutation. Now they are grouping together to try and overthrow the State Army and the State Alchemists that banished them. Which side are you on?

Rules-
-No god modding or controlling others characters.
-two characters per person.
-Homunculi are allowed, but you can only be one.
-Only the outcasts can use Alchemy withouta transmutation Circle.
-Some characters from the Anime are allowed. I will list those that are. Do not ask to be someone who isn't on the list.
-No killing without permission.
-Romance is allowed, but anything above PG-13 must be done in PM's.
-You do not need a form for the Anime characters, just ask for them. But it's first come, first serve.
-No Philosopher's Stones!

Don't post advertising another RP please. Only post if you're going to join. Also, I checked hers out and the only thing similar is that it's also an FMA one. That's it.
