I initially did not want to post this one, but a certain some who goes by the name "The_Burger_King" kept badgering me to post it. So here. CnC...as if I care about bad comments.
Aside from the text, this is probably the best tag i have ever seen you post. I really think that your height is odd and unneccesarily tall. I would move the stock up and crop off the bottom a bit, then work a little bit on depth and remove the duplication on Balthiers hand.
One of your best, if not your best! I think you should make your sigs have smaller height though. Darken it up a bit, with whatever (brightness/contrast, curves, brushing... whatever) Text is alright, maybe a bit more work on blening it with the rest.
