Facebook updated to Timeline

This is ****ing terrible.

How? It automatically updated for me.

 

Doesn't autoupdate everyone at once. It's supposed to happen to everyone by the end of today, though.

Well, I like certain things with the Timeline. But it makes reading profiles so much harder than it needs to be.

 

But I mean in all fairness you did say **** everything.
With that you could just say **** that one thing and that other thing.

 

I have a better idea.

 

I already have one. I was even a part of the beta. But nobody uses it, which defeats the purpose of a social network.

 

The people worth having around will follow you.

 

I don't have many people worth having around, or even want to be around.

 

I think that's an overstatement.

 

You must not have many close friends.

It's more of a filter.

If they won't go with you to a better protocol then why do you need them?

 

My Facebook is still the same, no Timeline or anything.

Though what I really don't like is when you try to play a game or get an app for Facebook, and Facebook says that you must switch to Timeline to use it.

C'mon Facebook, trickery stinks. :c​

 

I don't have any.

 

What I really hate about it—Facebook in general—is that not only does it filter your posts to extremes, but when you click an article, it asks you to install the app for that news source. You cannot go to the site directly without looking the article up yourself.

I do not want Facebook keeping track of what media I take in or trying to become a news source unto itself.
