Extreme Mentality

The year is 2073. You are one of the many dangerous and crafty prisoners of the Lebany Space Prisoner Starship. This is a high security facility for the worst of the worst. You are here for one of the greatest crimes. The cells of this ship consist of the most vicious and hateworthy murderers, robber, and numerous others. But there's a chance for you to get out. The Tournament of Extreme Mentality. This tournament consists of: The preliminary fight against one of our squads of prison droids. Failure of this will result in immediate ejection to the war planet of Trejekthal. The second stage is squad grouping and open battle against the aliens of Brethelin. Failure of open battle will result in ejection to the war planet of Trejekthal. The semifinal stage is pitting all prisoners against the guards for a rush into a starship. Failure will result in.....death. The final stage consists of working together to escape our warship and battleship fleet. Failure results in death.

If you are sent to planet Trejekthal then you will be given soldier status and be forced to fight in the Battle of Griham. In this battle you will spend your day as such according to your jobs for that day.

Patrol: Circling and watching the perimeter of the base.

Battle Convoy: You are sent to frontlines into the battle.

Stealth Convoy: You will infiltrate some certain enemy bases using tactics and special maneuvers.

Demolitions Convoy: You are sent to either proceed to blow up the remains of an enemy base or assist in the taking down of one.

Rakion sat on the worn bed in his cell. He quietly laughed to himself as he looked at the newspapers nailed to the cement walls inside his cell. He repeated the names of each headline and laughed deeply. "Heartless Murderer Kills Family of Five. Ha! Musical Slasher Attacks Orphanage. Ha!" His tone changed as he spoke of the next headline. He let out each word with a low growl. "Rakion Bezer 'The Musical Slasher' Captured At Local Opera." He slid one of his scaly fingers across the newspaper and looked around at his cell. His tranquility was interrupted by the sound of the large buzzer signaling prisoners it was lunch time. Rakion hissed quietly and walked out of his cell looking around and heading to the cafeteria.

Kelien sat at a table in the cafeteria slightly poking at a few kernels of corn on his plate. He snorted in digust at this food. He wanted to burn it all. He walked toward one of the large glass windows of the ship and looked out. Emptiness. And he only had a lifetime of it left. Everyone did this is Lebany not an Earth prison. He walked towards the info desk for a current list of events. "Tech team and Musical Slasher captured and brought to Lebany." He repeated as he looked at the list. "Heh this is becoming a more interesting place."

Lebran looked at the paper given to him by the warden. It instructed him to pick up the new inmates. "Jerry, Rex, and Fernando. Otherwise known as the Tech Team." He sighed to himself and started ascending the stairs toward the High Security Wing. "Fernando, Rex, and Jerry!! It's lunch time. Come out of your cells ready for inspection!" He said banging one of his combat machetes against the wall.

Lebran patted each of them down and put their tags on the shirts they wore. "You'll be lucky if none of the guards shoots you." He said with a smirk as he had each of them de-cuffed and sent to the cafeteria.

A floating menu overhead in the cafeteria read that there was corn, texas toast, and meatloaf surprise. For drinks was milk, orange juice, or if you were brave lemonade.

Rakion looked back and saw the three in the lunch line. "Perfect." He said to himself as he stepped to the side holding his plate. He bumped into Kelien who grunted with disgust as they both had food spilled on them.

Kelien frowned and stepped to Rakion intimidatingly. "Watch where your going lizard man." He said putting his finger on his shoulder.

"Get your finger off me meat puppet." Rakion said hissing rather loudly.

"That a threat gecko?" Kelien said cracking his knuckles.

Lebran stepped between the two. "Hey hey hey. Normally I would let you two destroy each other. But tonight is arena night you can settle it there!" He drew both of his machetes and put them to their throats. "So it's either that or I end you."

Both of them left and Rakion got back in line pushing Rex out of the way. "Move meat-bag."

Kyra and Lynn had taken their seat at an empty table. Kyra sighed. "Argh if the fighting doesn't kill us this food would. What is with it and today's crimnals? So patheific, most of them."

"Not all of them are bad. It depends on the race, though. And I'll strave to death. This food is just way too icky." Lynn said, without a lunch tray in front of her.

"We do not need food. And icky? You're in prision and you still talk as if you were a young one?"

"If I were to spend the remaining time here, why not? There are no rules that forbid it. And I am perfectly capble of taking care of myself."

"Just be careful." Kyra ssaid while watching the fight at the lunch line. She grinned. "Oh yes, the arena. Prefect for drawing blood. A work of art it is."

"Be careful not to turn yourself into a work of art." Lynn said with a giggle. "But yes... It would be nice to see your artwork again."

"Maybe the gaurds could get 'accidently' mixed up in the fights."

 

rex stood up and watched to rakion ''don't touch me you fuilthy lizard'' said rex
''calm down rex, take your food and come to a table'' said fernando
''you're lucky lizard freak'' said rex and the 3 took some food and walked to a table and sat down

Rakion simply growled and got his food sitting at a table with other Reptilians. "Damn humans.." He said to himself starting to eat.

Kelian started to write down the weapons he was using for arena night. It was one of his favorite times. He looked back seeing Kyra and Lynn at a table. Being as nimble as he could he sat next to them and smiled. "Hello there ladies." He said trying to look as flirty as he could.

Lebran stood atop the staircase next to the cafeteria and started up his microphone and called out to the prisoners. "INMATES! Tonight is arena night! If you wish to particapate write down your name and the weapon your using on the sign up sheet! AND REMEMBER! The more fights you win the better position you are in for when.....The Tournament comes!!! Back to your grub!" He yelled out and turned off the microphone then proceeded to patrolling the cafeteria.

 

rex and jerry watched to eachother when they heared about the night ''you go first'' said rex while looking to jerry ''no you go first'' said jerry while watching rex, their stare compition became was really heavy and fernando sighed and stood up, when fernando stood straight rex and jerry started to run as fast as they could to the sign up sheet, they didn't care what object stood in the way they just jumped over it or punched it away
''i knew it i knew this would happen'' said fernando walking to the sign up sheet

 

Lebran chuckled and sheathed his machetes. "Tonight ought to be interesting..." He laughed a bit and continued watching.

Rakion walked up to the sign up sheet and wrote down: Laser Katanas, Katana charges, and gloves with spikes. He was greenlighted and picked up his weapons. He then went back to his cell to wait for the night to start.

Switzen walked into the cafeteria with a squadron of guards around him and looked over at the inmates. After a while he inhaled deeply and boomed out. "As Lebran just told you you can sign up! Also for the tournament remember the more you win the better position our in!" He turned to walk away but turned back. "And I almost forgot! The highlight of the night is a 3-way arena spar between guards: Lebran, Kyo, and Elizabet. Have a good night because remember these fights are usually to the give up point but they can also be to death!"

Lynn giggled. "Maybe you should date that guy." She said as they went up and signed in. Lynn had no weapons while Kyra had her swords and guns signed in.

"I don't date anymore."

"Ah still heartborken?" She asked, trying to sound sincer

"Of course. That..." She walked away, cursing under her breath, they then went their sperate ways to their cells

The hours passed slowly until finally the buzzer sounded signaling Arena Night has begun. Shortly after the buzzer there was a screeching noise and then the intercom came to life letting to booming voice of Warden Switzen flow through the ship. "All participators should proceed to the battle room. All viewers will pay 5 lunches. Meaning you won't get to eat the next 5 lunches. The first matches will be against security drones. The second will be against a guard. The third I will choose personally. Then we will have our main event. Lebran vs Elizabet vs Kyo. Enjoy!"

Rakion sighed and got up heading toward the battle room. He got his weapons from the vendor and proceeded to waiting for all competitors. He knew he had never lost a fight every arena night fighting was his thing. Although it looked a lot more like Mortal Kombat when he fought.

Kelian did the same leaving his dark and damp quarters and going to the battle room. He got his weapons and waited. He had only been defeated once. By Rakion. He could feel his blood boil as he looked at Rakion. He knew what he had to do. If he got caught in a battle with someone else he knew his one and only solution.

Lebran was sitting in the guard area of the colliseum area of the ship. It was a rather large area but then again the Lebany was as big as half of America. He twirled around his blades a bit and looked around. He had seen some pretty bloody fights even some ending in a death. "I wonder what this one's gonna be like."
