I just got my first W-2 form today. *cries*

I was sitting at my computer, and my stepdad was paying bills or whatever next to me at his desk, and then all of a sudden he's like, "Oh boy...Melissa, you better take a look at this. It's a milestone in your life."
Instantly, I thought it had something to do with my phone, because it gets internet access and I've spent the past few nights online using it, but I forgot if I was using the WiFi or AT&T network. The network you have to pay for. >_>

But it turned out to be the W2 tax form. Of the $475 I made over the summer by letting small children beat me up for under minimum wage, Uncle Sam took like...%15. Not too much, but still...work taxes...Why is that necessary? Dx
